I believe that we are meant to feel energized and strong in our bodies.

We aren’t meant to be sick all the time. We aren’t meant to be visiting doctors every other month because our bodies are so run down that they can’t keep up ((trust me I’ve been there)). We are meant to feel alive and well!

I believe that it is so important to have a choice and a say in what products we put on, in, and around our bodies.

There are so many things in this world that we can’t control. Things we can’t change. And things that we can’t force to happen. BUT we can choose to only use safe and natural products to support our bodies. It can be as simple as getting rid of harmful chemicals from our homes ((for reals -- I’ve replaced most cleaners with vinegar, water, and essential oils)).

I believe in transparency and truth.

Aren’t you so done with companies saying one thing when in actuality it is the complete opposite? How do we know who we are supposed to trust? That’s why I love the company I am partnered with. doTERRA prides itself on how honest and transparent it is. They legit have a website where you can visibly see the testing and sourcing that the very bottle in your hand went through before it got to you! One day I picture this being the norm.

I believe that education in the single most important way to change the lives of so many with regards to their health and wellness.

Coming from a healthcare background, I see it. I see where we are failing. I see that things aren’t right in the way illness is treated. And it is a lack of knowledge about other options that can cause patients to feel unheard, neglected, and frustrated. That is exactly why I do what I do! I want people to know they have options. That they are not alone in feeling stuck and hopeless ((been there)). And that there is another way.

So don’t be afraid to ask questions and demand answers.

Don’t settle my dear, because you are worth it and you are not alone!
