TOP FIVE OILS TO HELP WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION
I haven't been on here in a while, but I felt the need to share about something that is super important. That being mental health.
I am someone who is a functional super high anxiety person. To look at me you would never know that even getting up to go the work causes me a great deal of inner turmoil. I've learned how to cope with my anxiety, but I knew that wouldn't last long.
Eventually it was too much. I just wasn't myself anymore. The anxiety had taken over. If it wasn't for the support of my friends and family, I wouldn't be able to talk about it today. Along with that support, I reached for some natural tools to help me through these anxiety "spells" and really get back to living a more happy life.
I love to use my oils to help calm, ground, and center me. They help me when I'm feeling particularly high stress and truly have made such a difference in my life.
Something interesting that I had learned a few months back is that our gut health is connected to our mental health.
